Just got back from a 4 hour round trip drive to pick-up my new car. The drive may seem far but is was well worth it given the deal I got and working with Joshua B. and Alex. The process was very smooth and comfortable! We communicated via e-mail and phone to come to agreement on the vehicle and price before I made the visit to the dealership. Joshua is an awesome salesperson... friendly, no pressure, very informative, excellent follow-up, no BS type of person, and willing to go the extra mile for his Customers!!! I highly recommend seeing Joshua at La Quinta Chevrolet Cadillac if you are in the market for a car. After working the deal with Joshua, it was time to see Alex in finance. No pressure from finance and the process went fairly quickly. Alex knows his business as well. As I mentioned, if you are in the market for a car go see Joshua and Alex at La Quinta Chevrolet Cadillac...I'm sure you'll have the same positive experience as I did.

Val is great on what he does. The service was excellent, I was very impressed on how they treat customers. That's the old school way of treatment towards customers! I got that 3 oil change, 3 carwash, 3 rotate and inspection of car for only $102 dollars. You can't beat that! Each time I would change my oil at Firestone it was $50 just for an oil change! Now I brought my baby back where she belongs in her Cadillac dealer...

I've been using dealer service departments for 50+ years (old cranky guy), and I can state unequivocally that La Quinta Chevrolet, Cadillac dealer is the best I have ever used! They have serviced my Escalade for the last 7 years and I couldn't be happier. They look out for the customer and give you options. My recent service was especially great due to Justin in the servIce department. He saved me $200+ on a windshield replacement. They are all friendly, professional and knowledgable. Also a shout out to Gus in the service dept.!
